Project Description :
The Institute needed to have small pockets of intervention as a backdrop for their Promotional Video. Instead of refurbishing the whole institute, keeping the limited budget in mind, we identified pockets of intervention, based on student habits of movement in the institute, pedestrian traffic and placements of the kitchen, food labs, demonstration rooms and classrooms. The intervention proposed was of graphical in nature- installing way-finding and informational, educational graphics, which would add color and add a contemporary touch to the formal discipline of the hospitality industry, in which presentation is key.
